Flats in New Orleans

'Overall the condo was nice, however it was missing a few things in my opinion. There was no toaster which seemed odd, no clock whatsoever in the unit besides the microwave, a keurig, there was a coffee pot but since I'm the only coffee drinker it would be a waste to make a pot for 1 person. Also we needed to buy a bottle opener since there wasn't one in the condo, I would think something like that would be there since it's New Orleans and people do have a few drinks on vacation. 'Hi We enjoyed the visit in this apartment in New Orleans. Nice and clean apartment with lots of space, and you can walk to the french old town. The pool was not so clean but it was ok. Someone has written that the neighborhood was bad but we didn`t see that'

'The place needed finishing in many areas. The hot /cold faucets in one bathroom were reversed. The faucet in the kitchen kept falling off. Very stark and barren decor. The outside gate and fronts were dirty and peeling paint although the inside was okay. First impression was disconcerting especially with 3 barking dogs. The location was the best. Walking was safe and close enough for no driving. '

'The seating and furnishings for this property are for 3 people only, there is no desk or work table, and the kitchen was as spartan as any place I can imagine. We typically stay at vacation rentals or hotels with a kitchenette. I’m used to better. This place had 3 coffee mugs, 5 spoons, 3 stools around the only table…. In a property I rented for 4 people! (We ended up being 2 people, but still). We had to hand wash things every day. Sofa was uncomfortable. Not a single real chair except for side...

'The condo was very nice. It was in a convenient location with easy access to the garden district and the French Quarter. The warehouse/arts district, where the condo is located has excellent restaurants and galleries. Parking was provided. We would stay here again.'

'We really enjoyed the location which was one block from the streetcar stop. We could go one direction to the French Quarter and the other to the Garden District. The space is great for a family. Unfortunately, the beds are quite uncomfortable and the furnishings aren't adequate for the number of people it can accommodate. For example, it sleeps 6 but only 4 can sit in the living room.'

You will be required to give more information to property management before they actually confirm reservation. VRBO confirmed, but then I get a text a day after I made VRBO reservations to send my drivers license front and back to another company other than VRBO. I have never had anyone ask that on VRBO,...

'Property was great and close to Bourbon Street and French Quarter. Needs additional cleaning under the beds and shower. Dogs at neighbors house barking loud until 2-3 AM some nights. '
