'It was very good the only problem was one of the front desk service desk person he was very rude to the customers and when we asked for clean towels we were told we had to get them from house keeping but we never seen house keeping so we had to wash our own towels'

'The are around the property had lots of shopping and restaurants which was great.the hotel itself was very dirty,when you walk in the carpets were filthy,yoy could see the grime on the banister of the mainstairway, well had chips of paint missing and there was animal hair throughout all the main walkways. When asked to get extra towels or toilet paper my spouse was treated very rudely. The bathroom had two different types of Lights and two light bulbs out so it was very difficult to do my makeup...

'Every staff member and the manager I met, were personable, helpful, courteous, and professional. They are a cut above many places I have stayed in my life of travels. In this day and age, where no one seems to understand the meaning of Customer Service, they were exceptional. As a sidelight, the food there is exceptional, including breakfast. If I’m in Auburn Hills again, I will stay there. '
