'The hotel is very pleasant we enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff is welcoming and helpful. They have a cute little bar/bistro right in the front lobby that closes at 10pm. Multiple Lobby areas offered plentiful seating. Only complaints are the parking lot which is odd/crammed, and while the hot breakfast had variety and looked aesthetically pleasing it was not tasty in the slightest. The best option was the fresh fruit and Greek yogurt with topping options....

I asked to cancel the room and they agreed that I should be refunded. They told me they couldn’t do anything because I booked through Expedia. They told me to reach out to Expedia and they should be able to take care of it. Expedia said since I didn’t buy the travel insurance I would still be responsible for the cost even though I wasn’t getting the stay that...

There were two big piles of dirty sheets and towels on the floor in the hallway when we got there in the late afternoon and they were still there the next morning. The refrigerator dint work. Staff was very friendly.'
