'This was a great experience for an overnight stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They recommended transportation to Pine Knob so we didn’t have wait in traffic or look for parking. The breakfast buffet in the morning was very good. The room was very nice, very clean, well appointed, and made great use of the space. We will definitely stay there again'

'This location is comfortable and convenient for a long-term stay. This is my fifth time staying at this location and I was surprised by the fact that my garbage disposal unit was not working, I reported it on Tuesday and it was still not working when I checked out on Sunday. In addition, there were 3 dryers in the laundry room that were out of order for days. The lack of attention to details is a slippery slope to mediocrity!'

'It’s a okay stay for a night the hallways are a bit stinky and not the cleanest, the room overall was pretty clean and nice very basic our power had went out due to a storm so this why we stayed the ac was amazing during the heat wave we were experiencing. The only other thing I would say that bathroom we had was filthy, walls were dirty tub was stained and the couple towels that came with the room were not the cleanest either.'

'This hotel allows pets like crazy. But they do not clean or use air fresheners after the pet owners leave. I stayed 3 nights in 2 different rooms and both of them had strong pet smell. I feel nauseated and sick of the smell. One of the rooms on 1st floor had wavy floor (possibly due to some flood issue or damp ground). The floor was wet with moisture when I entered around 6pm. The front desk guy lied that the cleaning person just mopped the room (at 6pm!!).'

'The staff were very accommodating and showed genuine concern for the ordeal I went through at Baymont Inn. The suite we stayed had a few issues, however as far as missing kitchen equipment it was replaced by staff immediately upon notifying them. The shower curtain rod is not securely attached and so the curtain falls to the middle of the tub. I used paperclips to hold the curtain closed but it needs a couple of screws.
