'Personeel was heelnaardig, locatie was prachtig, maar onze douche gaf alleen maar koud water. We hebben bij de front desk gevraagd of er iemand naar kon kijken. We waren die dag toch de hele dag op excursie (van 7 uur ‘s morgens tot 7 uur ‘s avonds). Echter toen we terug bij de kamer kwamen stond de deur gewoon open…. 'The benefits were great. The facility has some of the best ocean facing rooms. We had an issue with the original room but after we reported noise, the staff (Sally) went above and beyond to resolve our issue. We were assigned to one of the best rooms at the resort. The V47 lounge benefits really met all our food needs. We had breakfast and evening snacks. Along with the $50 credit a day covered most food needs. Overall the best stay at Hawai’i!'
