'No Wifi access on the first day and only at the lobby. Only few staffmembers could speak some English. Unfriendly staff. Anouncments Etc almost only in Japanese. Swimmingpool closes at 4 pm. A part of our room's sealing was only 185cm high!!!This hotel is clearly aiming at Japanese guests only. Location is convenient.'

'Leuk hotel, maar de matrassen liggen op de grond op een houten kader. Ik heb 2 knieprothesen en dat is niet evident om van zo een laag bed recht te staan. Het avondeten was lekker, maar veel te duur'

'We had such a wonderful time that we didn’t want to leave this place! Our room was lovely and the onsen were amazing. There were plenty of time slots available and the staff was so helpful and kind especially with my young children. They even brought my 3 year old some crackers to cheer her up when she was cranky at breakfast. There are toys available in the lobby. It really feels like they thought of everything! I’m so happy we were able to have this first experience at a ryokan as a family.'

'The property is relatively huge and everything is well-equipped. You will feel safe using the items they provide. The bath on basement is extremely huge and iconic for relaxation. Negatives are that you won’t have much space to open up your luggage. '

'Great stay, excellent breakfast and service. The hotel is on walking distance of the trainstation ( be sure to exit on the backside of the station). There are lots of Rental car companies in the neighbourhood and shopping mall Ishibashi plaza on walking distance. The Korean BBQ Yakiniku a bit further down the same road is excellent. I recommend this hotel.'

'Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit japanischem Wohnzimmer und Onsen. Es standen zwei Betten zur Verfügung, wir konnten aber auch Futons ausrollen, diese befanden sich im Schrank. Das Hotel ist gut in Bahnhofsnähe gelegen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!'
