Chose this condo because it was closest to the beach path in case we wanted to walk, not realizing that there is not a way to get out of the property at this end so you need tp walk up to the car entrance and backtrack, which makes an already long hot walk even longer. It was too hot to walk anyways so we drove even to the closest beach . The unit itself was great and property managers were very responsive. We have the 3rd bedroom made into one bed and my daughter found it very comfortable. Lots of amenities lots of utensils. Couldn’t get the ice maker to work but sent a message to management when we left and hoping it was working properly for the next person

Great house

This property was great. It was close to the beach, the house was clean, the kitchen is well stocked. It was super clean. We would definitely stay here again. The location to the beach and restaurants we awesome.

Fantastic Place to Stay!

We just returned from staying at this lovely property and we all agreed it was perfect! Clean, new, spacious, quiet, beautiful grounds, etc.. it was a great location, just a 15 minute easy walk to the nearest beach and a 5 minute walk to a shopping center with Starbucks, restaurants, stores. They were very responsive if we had any questions or requests. Overall a great place to base ourselves as we explored the beautiful island-we’d highly recommend the property!!

Fall Break Trip

We found the property to be very nice and convenient to the beach and shopping. The grounds were very well kept. The pool area was also very nice and well kept. The house was nice and clean. We did have an issue since we arrived late in the evening that there was no ice in the freezer. The ice maker was turned off and there wasn’t much cold filtered water for the group. I turned it on but it was not producing much ice. I called Customer Service and left a message since it was after hours and a Maintenance person came over the next day and he couldn’t find anything wrong and to let it just keep making ice. If it wasn’t working any better the next day to call him. It finally produced more ice but we had gone grocery shopping and bought ice. The beach supplies were great except the beach umbrella needs to be replaced as it was torn on one end. I started the dishwasher when we left but it wouldn’t start. It kept saying “to add rinse fluid”. There wasn’t any rinse fluid to add. I am hoping the cleaning service got it run. All in all we very much enjoyed our trip to beautiful Kauai. Thank you

Beautiful Home-base for our trip

We wanted to explore as much of the island as we could during our trip and the location of this rental was perfect! We had quick responses from the rental manager and the home was quiet and so relaxing. Having access to the pool and hot tub was also nice.

Best Vacation Ever

Our family had the most amazing stay at this beautiful property in Kauai. We are a family of 6 and there was plenty of beds and room for all of us. Property was super clean and very modern. I highly recommend this property.

Great location everything really close

Places is a newer model home. Everything is really nice and clean pretty much. Everything is within walking distance. If you need it only issues there’s a lot of construction going on large truck driving early in the morning.

Pili Mai 14j

The property was great nice location. Walking distance to some amenities (restaurant, Starbucks, beach is a 15 minute walk. They provide everything you’ll need. Beach toys, 4 nice beach chairs, umbrella and ice chest. My only complaint is that the beach towels are Turkish towels which aren’t great for drying off after a swim in the ocean. I suggest you bring your own beach towels because they are expensive to purchase. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks so much for sharing your home!

Great place for a big group

We had a group of 6 and everyone enjoyed the privacy of the rooms and bathrooms, as well as the back patio. It's a beautiful home, and really had everything we needed- down to the salt and pepper!

Kauai - Pili Mai

Nice condo and clean. Great location abd convenient check-in and rental process. With the size of condo needs new living room furniture to accommodate the larger 3 bedroom size condo. Couch is too small and not comfortable for a family. Overall, beautiful condo and lovely stay at Pili Mai. Mahalo!!

Comfortable & clean, GREAT location.

This condo was clean, comfortable, and fit our family of six (2 adults, 4 kids including an infant) perfectly. One of the master bedrooms even had a large closet that was great for putting our crib and baby. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking for a family - we made lunch and dinner there every day and night. When we had an issue with the oven, the property manager helped us, and was very responsive. The location is minutes away (walking or driving) from shops, a delicious coffee stand with amazing açaí bowls, markets, and beaches. Our only complaints are that initial communication with the host upon booking was very poor; I asked a few times if there was a travel crib so we didn’t have to travel with ours, and never heard back until the day we arrived, which wasn’t helpful. The other thing is that this property doesn’t have access to the nearby athletic club, which has an amazing family pool, and cool open gym (which is important to us because we workout everyday). That was a big bummer. But we were told the condo is on the waitlist, so if by the time you’re reading this, they’ve been able to get a partnership with the club, know that it’s a great amenity. The pool in Pili Mai is nice though. Overall a great stay in Kauai.

Perfect Family Vacstion Rental

This property was the perfect family stay. We were able to have an ADA accessible room and enough space for 4 young adults. The location was perfect and process to check in was so easy. Beds were very comfortable. Would recommend!

Family Get-Away

Staying at this condo was great. Having only 1 floor was a big plus for our granddaughter. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. The walk-in shower was the perfect size with lots of towel hooks within reach. We enjoyed having the beach chairs and umbrella for our beach outings. The condo could use more seating for the living room. One couch and chair was not enough for a condo that can accommodate 6 people. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

October get away

The house had a great layout and a well-equipped kitchen. There were plenty of beach chairs and a large cooler on wheels. It was a bit too far to walk to the beach but it's a short drive. The pool is great. There are 3 pools. One baby pool, a hot tub and a large pool with lots of space around it for people to hangout.

Beautiful home

The home is bright and inviting. The home is clean and had a perfectly stocked kitchen. The kitchen had a good set of knives, pyrex bowl set for prepping meals and a huge island for the family. The outdoor lanai was perfect for enjoying your morning coffee if you don’t mind a visit from the chickens. My kids had a blast watching the chickens come by every morning. The pool was a 5 minute walk away from the unit. Parking was easy and in front of the unit. The BBQ grills are clean and are close by.

Great Spot for Groups

This condo was in a good area close to a shopping center which made it easy to get food and supplies every day. While not on the beach, the price + location make this a great choice for those who want to be within short driving distance of Po'ipu Beach and lots of other fun activities without having to pay a premium price. Would recommend / stay here again! It was great for 4 adults and a baby.

Off beach condo

Very well located in Poipou, Kauai. Much roomier than the typical resort apartment and less expensive than the resorts in the area. A Mexican restaurant is walking distance from the front door. Pacos Tacos. Other dining close by. This is a very quiet unit in a two floor building.

Poipu paradise

A beautiful, quiet, spacious condo, just a hop, skip, and a jump from the beaches, and close to a dozen great restaurants. Access to the community pool — where we spent many fun-filled hours — was the icing on top. We can’t recommend highly enough.
