'We were family of 6, all adults. Very nice view of the ocean. Really enjoyed watching the sea turtles. Easy walk to the beach. And easy drive to shopping and restaurants. Condo 103 C was spacious enough for all of us. Kitchen small but functional. Enough dishes, appliances worked well. It would be nice if we had a little bit of cleaning supplies specifically for the glass dinning table as gets finger prints on it very easily. '

'The condo is located in a beautiful area of Koloa in Poipu. The pictures are accurate. The interior of the condo was newly updated and decorated nicely. 'We come to Kauai as a family 1-2x a year and have stayed at the Kiahuna a fair amount of times. Rick & Marilyn’s condo is by far one of the best we’ve stayed in! It was clean, well maintained and convenient. The A/C was amazing on hot nights! If you’re a Kauai regular, you know how spectacular the beach is and it’s well worth it to stay on the property to not deal with parking lol! 'The views from the condo were spectacular! The afternoons were the best times to watch the turtles in the waves. Surfers start early and go all day. It was also fun to go walk by the rocks at low tide to see crabs. There was a beach with in short walking distance but it wasn’t very big. We needed to drive to better beaches. Locking the door was tricky but Walt was very responsive . They do have nice beach hairs and umbrella available to use. I would enjoy sting again!!'

'I cannot say enough good things about this property. Everything from communication to the property itself is top notch. We saw turtles everyday from the lanai. You are just a few feet away from the crashing waves on the beautiful rocky shoreline. If you look up "Ocean Front", this is it.
