    HOW DO I GET MY FREE LEI GREETING FOR TWO?
    If you are staying 7 nights or longer, you will receive a free lei greeting for two people upon arrival at LIH airport. Once you complete your reservation, you will need to provide your flight details and we will take care of the rest. The Lei greeting will take place at the baggage claim area.


    DOES THE CONDO HAVE AIR CONDITIONING?
    YES! There is a powerful AC unit in the living room. The unit also has a ceiling fan in each room, an extra portable fan as well as extra vented windows to maximize the flow of the ocean breeze.

    DOES THE CONDO INCLUDE USE OF A POOL & FITNESS CENTER?
    Yes. All Kiahuna guests have free access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club across the street. For access you will check in at Poipu Beach Athletic Club. You will find a large swimming pool, water slide, hot tub, full gym, full locker rooms, 2 half basketball courts, 3 pickleball courts and 4 tennis courts. They provide all sporting equipment such as basketballs, tennis racquets and balls, pickleball equipment, table tennis, etc. Lastly, there is an onsite restaurant and bar with full service and a great menu.

    WHAT FLOOR IS THE CONDO ON?
    Our condo is on the top/2nd floor of Bldg. 23. Just a few steps from where you will park which is convenient for bringing in luggage and groceries!

    CAN YOU HEAR ROAD NOISE FROM THE CONDO?
    No. This unit is far away from Poipu Road where the road noise comes from. You may, however, hear the ocean waves coming from the beach.

    GOOD TO KNOW:
    - Coffee machine is a 12 cup regular drip. Ground hawaiian coffee for one pot is provided.
    - Washer and Dryer takes credit card only

Best thing about this place is location. Very close to beach and strip mall right across from this resort property. Few things which were disappointing was the noise from the wild chickens that wander the property. They started making noise every morning at round 3AM. They are loud and I had to put on my noise cancellation headphones to get back to sleep. The front desk gave me patrol phone number to call if it repeated next day and it did and no once answered when I tried calling multiple times. One more thing which I felt misleading was the mention of A/C in the title but there is only one in the living room. There is none in bedroom and it remained warm at night.

My family had a wonderful time staying in the comfortable unit. They appreciated its location, the air conditioning helped the children sleep, and the bathtub/shower combination worked well for both the adults and the little ones.

This was the perfect accomodation for my daughter and I. Plenty of dishes and full kitchen. Also the beach chairs were greatly appreciated. The balcony was used every day for those early mornings. I would stay here again in a heart beat!! Aloha!

Very nice unit

We had a great stay at the Plantation. Grounds were very nice, restaurants within walking distance, and a very fun beach right on the property. We would definitely stay here again. Host is very responsive and easy to work with.

Definitely repeat stay worthy !

This is a great location with a perfect beach, shopping and good food close by. The condo was clean and quiet with AC! The owners were great communicators and there was beach equipment available so we didn’t have to rent any. The bed is very comfortable which is important to me. I would definitely stay here again.

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary. We had a great stay. The place was clean and really close to the beach. It was nice to be able to carry the chairs provided down to the water each day and go for a swim. Poipu is our favorite spot on the island and this trip did not dissapoint. We would book here again.

Perfect place for us!

My husband & I stayed here for 3 nights. The place was absolutely perfect for us! The A/C worked great! The bed was comfortable, kitchen was stocked with what we needed, the shower was wonderful after a long, hot day of being at the beach, hiking, or sightseeing. They had a wide variety of beach items, including beach chairs &.a cooler. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect for a Couple

Renting this place was easy and so was the check in process. The location being so close to Poipu beach made for an excellent quick walk down to the beach and a gorgeous one at that. It had everything we needed and I would definitely recommend this place for any couple. It’s a bonus that there are some restaurants you can walk to as well :) thanks Erick !

Wonderful hosts!

We just finished a lovely Kauai vacation and enjoyed our time in the kiahuna plantation condo. Communication with our host was quick and efficient. Shortly prior to our stay we were notified about construction in the unit below, which didn’t turn out to be an issue at all yet we appreciated the communication. We extended our stay by one day and the host was quick and gracious with their reply! Would recommend!

Incredible location!

My partner Ellie and I had an amazing time staying at Erick and Sandy’s condo in Kiahuna Plantation. It was a great launching point for us to see the rest of the island ( boat tour from Port Allen, helicopter from Lihue, hike in Napoli Coast, and drive up to Hanalei Bay) or just hang out on the beach in Poipu. Would highly recommend!

Perfect One Bedroom Condo

This nice, clean, fair priced units will suit all of your needs when you are staying on Kauai. The grounds at the Plantation are beautiful. The unit is clean and has everything you'll need. They even have a full closet of water toys and such. The host is great at getting back to you right away too. We loved it!

This was an amazing unit that checked all the boxes. Great A/C unit, comfortable unit, quality beach supplies, short walk to multiple sunset locations, wonderful grounds, quick access to bars, resorts, shops. This is a perfect unit to relax and drop in to beach life in Poipu.
