Regarding the transportation, I realize the confusion and disappointment caused. Our semi-private transfer includes a shared taxi to the pier, a public speedboat, and then a private mini-van to Bang Rong. I understand that the cost and nature of this service may not have been clear, and I apologize for any confusion. Please know that it is a common practice for hotels to include a commission for organizing these transfers, as it involves coordinating different modes of transport. However, your feedback has highlighted the need for us to communicate this more clearly in the future. I also want to address your concerns about the room and the pool area. It seems we missed the mark in providing the quality experience you deserved. I regret any discomfort or inconvenience this caused I must also emphasize our policy regarding the sunbeds, which is in place to ensure fairness for all guests. We remove unattended towels after a minimum of 30 minutes to prevent reservation without use, which is a common issue in many hotels.
