« What a cute place to stay. Back yard beautiful w big shady trees w two story dock with up top being a great place to relax w cocktails…we fished…and caught fish…family could dock their boat and just off the main beating path of the main lake! We also grilled steaks and just relaxed!! Quiet area! Great find!!! »

« It was clean but ac didn’t get the room cold enoughPics showed you could walk out the house to the dock area and that wasn’t true Went out to eat came back and room still wasnt cold enoughI would give it a 2 out of 5 stars, way over priced for that areaThat wasn’t a resort, it’s basically a trailer parkWe got there at 4:30 pm amd left at 8:30 pmDefinitely won’t be backI took pictures of the place before we left »

« The property was exactly as advertised clean and ready for us to move into. Excellent location right on the Llano River with a great beach. Tracie, the property manager, was great she came over as soon as called, when there was an issue, and stayed to make sure everything was satisfactory. Stayed fo 72 days and looking forward to returning next winter. »

« The property is not on a lake, more like a river.There were many dust/spider webs throughout the house. Bathroom floors could benefit from cleaning. Roaches seen in the kitchen. Gameroom stunk. Dirty dishes. Wondering why I was charged for a cleaning fee! »
