« Very clean & well appointed . The restaurant is great with friendly staff. The only reason this wasn’t five stars is that the grounds could use some attention/ upgrades. »

« We were having AC issues so I booked a room just in case late at night and within 5 minutes learned tge AC started working again so I attempted to cancel (again - less than 5 mins after booking and it was already late in the evening around 10:30 pm). They wouldn’t allow me to cancel despite how quickly I attempted to do so after booking. I get that there are policies but it seems there should have been something they could have done to assist. »
