'Host had great communication and quick responses to any messages, questions, concerns I had.The house was not cleaned fully when we walked in, but we looked past it. But definitely not worth the 350 cleaning fee. We were there once the pool was already closed for the season, so the kids were looking forward to the theater movie option... which didnt go well, there were no remotes or instructions for the projector, i had to go out to the store to buy a cable to be able to plug my phone into. 'It's a beautiful property in a beautiful location. Lake Simcoe is amazingly clean and blue, and we got lucky with the weather at the end of August. The house has everything you need, and more. We paddled on stand up paddleboards, we used kayaks, we enjoyed the lake view from both patios. Everything in the house is very well thought through, we were able to relax and enjoy it. We will definitely come back. '
