Upper Level: Custom solid wood King primary bedroom with incredible views overlooking the mountains. Private ensuite full bathroom with slate-tiled shower. 50" Smart TV with Basic Cable.
Main Living Area: A Double Sofa bed with a new mattress.
Lower Level: The second bedroom has a custom solid wood Queen bed.
Lower Level: The third bedroom (The Den) is a great kids' or extra family space. The open space has a 1 x Twin over Double solid custom bunk bed plus a Twin pull-out.
Lower Level: The bonus space leading out to the hot tub and ski-out deck has a Double pullout sofa, should it be required.

All beds (including pull outs) are complimented by high-quality linens and pillows to ensure a good night’s sleep.

You get a first impression of a place as you arrive and start moving in and unpacking. At first glance this one looks very nice and we believe we will enjoy our stay. Overall, it is well-kept and clean; it is decorated nicely and there are pleasing appearances and qualities for many of the required amenities like furniture, dishes, appliances (big and small), tv system, lamps… everything people need/want in their own home. The decor is nice with obvious thought into providing a pleasing and comfortable environment. The HVAC system worked very well during our summer warm weather stay and seems very likely to do well in colder weather too. We didn’t try the fireplace during our summertime visit, but that would be nice to enjoy during winter months. Labels on light switches were very helpful. While we didn’t use it, there’s a nice looking hot-tub that is kept in good repair (we saw it being serviced by a regular service contractor during our stay).We were in this VRBO for 2-weeks. We came here to enjoy the surrounding mountainous and scenic area, play most of the 8 golf courses nearby, and share some added ‘family time’. This place was a great backdrop and support for all of our needs. When we did not cook at the VRBO, there were several places to go for meals out and about. Our favourite and best restaurant meal in a very long time was a really nice dinner at “The Old Bauernhaus”.Also, thanks go out to the owners/managers for being available for any questions.
