'Great Service! Staff is very helpful and polite. Large rooms and convenient floor plan. Close to everything. Property has spa, pool and restaurant with great food.'

'Well located hotel, large rooms for a good price. There was no housekeeping during my stay. Reception staff is nit very punctual. Sauna and swimming is niot complimentary. '

'Very nice and helpful staff members, beautiful and very spacious rooms. Amazing breakfast.'

'They don’t provide you wish wash cloths. Also the air conditioner don’t work. '

Ps. Ontbijt is heel lekker :-) '

'Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast selection that changes everyday (including typical Kazakh snacks), though the hot foods are lukewarm at best. The room temperature was hard to control: the heating was too much and there is no way to turn it off. We had to use the air conditioner in October to bring the temperature down. Beware: the indoor pool is not included in the reservation unless your room level is high enough. This was not at all indicated in the reservation.'

'The location was great! Easy walk to shops and restaurants! The room was spacious and very clean. Everything worked. Only complaint is they could have better pillows. Other issue; no one speaks any English! Breakfast was made to order. OK, but mo fruits or juice. All in all, it was a very good value and I would definitely stay there again.'

'clean room, friendly staff, I had everything I needed. Satisfied with my stay'

'It is a good priced hotel and the room was decently sized, but my shower had problems with the water pressure and the heat. Staff are okay, they don’t seem to want to be there though.'

'I hope the housekeeping able look at the doorplate to know the guests need clean the room or not. And need check the room is enough shampoo and shower gel.'

'Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel is very close to Baiterek!'
