'I was genuinely disappointed with my experience at this “resort.” While it is listed as a 4-star property on Expedia, my experience, and even Google ratings, tell a very different story. 'Cute, trendy, well appointed rooms. Fabulous linens, nice decor and thoughtful design. Clean lines hid the entrance making it very confusing where to valet park. In addition, the hairdryer, steamer and tissues were on a shelf tucked at least 8 ft in the built in closet. Lights to bath turn on entire room.'

'Staff was great, location great, great view, the body scrub in the spa was so nice, toilet had to be flushed twice, low pressure I guess. The hotel is old and in some area a little rough. When we opened the sliding glass door to the small balcony, the frame came loose and almost fell off. A nice paint job and somebodyminor repairs would really help this property.'

'So clean. Room was good but as a gulf front It was off a parking lot. Could be loud at times but so early in the morning. Woke me up a few times. Other than that, wonderful facility. Next time I would request room right off beach. Not off lot. Sandbar Restaurant was phenomenal with great staff. '
