'Expedia listed an extra bed/rollaway as available, but the hotel refused it at check-in and said fire policy does not allow it. The hotel is old and poorly maintained, the bed sheet had dirty stains, and the A/C condensation appeared to leak back into the room. I would not have booked this hotel if the listing had been accurate.'

'Schone zeer grote kamer met luxe uitstraling. Op loopafstand van strand en centrum. Heel fijn dat de parkeergarage onder het hotel is met ruime plaatsen. '

'One thing I was not happy about was: they were behind on check in ( room cleaning) and said they would call when the room was ready. We had gotten there quite early and went to eat lunch. We just went back after a couple hours and they did have rooms ready, but "forgot to call"... There were others sitting in the lobby that when they saw us check in, they got up, and were like What? We were sitting right here for a couple hours and nobody let us know that rooms were ready?? It was not good!...
