Flats in Key West

'Absolutely loved the location. Perfect to keep our boat rental. Far enough away from crowds, close enough to get wherever we needed by golf cart. Loved having a washer/dryer. Kimberly was a great host quick to answer questions. Easy to access the property, great space for the 4 of us, everyone there was helpful. Hope to visit again!'

'Room is located on the second floor of very nice old building. Large porch made it wonderful to sit out on in the morning and evening. The room was not quite ready when we were supposed to check in due to prior occupants leaving it a mess but housekeeping did a great job getting it ready. Beautiful high ceilings, ceiling fans and AC that worked well. Just a few steps from lower Duval with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. 5 minute walk to the Hemmingway house and the Southernmost...

'Clean, well maintained space.'

'We were relieved and ecstatic when we open the door and found the place, just as shown and advertised. This was a great place to stay. Easy Check-in, very clean, good communication. Thank you.'

'The property managers were very quick to respond. The location is perfect and fit our family of 5 very well.'

'Biggest downfall was the elevators out of order and not fixed on the day they said would be fixed, my elderly friend didn't leave much because of that issue and they could only get another room for us from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor which required 4 flights of stairs; the balcony furniture was torn in many places; the pull-out couch was uncomfortable; neighbors beside us smoke marijuana a lot and it filled our room with the smell; suggest to have a written paper of what all is offered rather...

'Everything was very nice at the condo and the unit property manager and staff Zoey were incredible! The only negative it would have been nice to know about the seaweed that smelled like sulfur as couldn’t get in water and or not enjoyable to be outside near water. It could have given us the opportunity to cancel in advance'

'This condo was perfect for our 2 day stay in the beautiful Key West. About 8 minutes from Duvall on the golf cart! The pool and hot tub was very clean as well!'

'The room was very nice. The building is older and the location is a bit off the beaten path if you want to be near the action, but it was a nice stay. The appliances are very nice; big washer and dryer, new fridge and nice spacious kitchen. The balcony is nice and big, the beds were comfortable. Overall nice stay. The agent that helped us was very communicative and we did t have to ask for anything . She made sure we had all the information we needed'

'This place is absolutely perfect and also a perfect location! Was so nice to be able to stop in anytime while on Duval Street. Back pool area was super nice and quiet, definitely plan to come again and utilize the grill and bar area! Can't beat this deal!'

'The location was excellent with walking distance to all the activities. We especially enjoyed relaxing at the pool. Would love to stay there again.'

'We loved our stay of several nights. The location was perfect—a quick 3 minute walk to the best coffee in Key West (Cuban Queen), and just a few more steps to Duval. The seaport was a 10-minute walk in one direction and Louie’s Backyard was 12-minutes in the opposite direction. The apartment was well stocked and the beds comfy. The pool was great for us and it came with onsite entertainment delivered by a family of iguanas. They came out every afternoon to enjoy a snack of the tropical flora....
