'I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room.'

'We had a wonderful stay! Lorenzo was so helpful. Rooftop bar was fun! Across from Mt. Vernon square park was nice to go sit and relax. Close to the Lyric where we saw live music. We will definitely stay again!'

'Great setting right on the water. You can walk out the door and be on the path that runs around the Inner Harbor. Easy self park across the street. Room was very quiet. We had an upgraded corner room with a view of the water and enjoyed it tremendously. The extra space made it a very comfortable place to hang out when we weren’t outside.'

'Great hotel when in Baltimore for an Orioles game. Located across the street from Camden Yard plus the valet parking makes for an excellent experience. The breakfast was tasty. The noon check out time allowed plenty of time to visit the Babe Ruth Birthplace Museum just 1 block over. We will definitely be back.'

'The good: staff friendly, nice having a full fridge, bed was reasonably comfortable. Wifi has no issues. The bad: -Room was dusty and not very clean. The bathroom trash was not emptied before my visit and there was actual sanitary product waste in there. -The room was incredibly small, it felt like a dorm, the tv was at an angle where I had to move around the furniture to see it from the bed, which is the only place to sit except the dilapidated office chair. It was impossible to watch TV...

'Had two rooms and the beds in 405 the bedding had never been changed. I took photos went to desk clerk first night,went to desk-clerk yesterday went to the desk today. They said they would have a manager contact me. I have yet to hear from the manager.!!! very disappointed because I’ve stayed at this hotel once before.'

'The only good things were its proximity to the hospital and the 7-Eleven across the street... It is an unnecessarily expensive hotel (I assume the price is so high because of the hospital nearby). I was not at all satisfied with the parking and valet service... You drive right up to the entrance, leave your car there, check in, and then hand it over to the valet... (55 USD per night + tip).
