'The hotel was renovating, I really wish that hotels would mention renovation in the description. At first, we were given a room next to the renovation and the lady at the desk said they were only busy for a couple of hours that day. Since we booked for a few nights, and the renovation would continue the next day, we asked for a different room as far as possible from the noise. Luckily there was a room available where the noise could not be heard. Rooms were comfy and clean, Breakfast was amazing...

'No one was present when we entered the hotel. There was a buzzer to ring to alert staff. We rang twice and no one responded. We had to go into a staff only area to get someone’s attention. Upon check out, again no one was behind the counter. Key was left at desk. Lack of customer service at front desk was disappointing.'

'The floor was very dirty, it got my feet black. There were also pieces of paper on the floor so I know it wasn't cleaned. That was my only thing I didn't like.'
