'The kitchen garbage disposal did not work, my power was out at my home so I decided to get a room and I bought $200 worth of groceries and wasn’t able to utilize the sink, I reported right away, I stayed for three days and no one ever came. Upon arrival some kids were left alone which cause a fire in the microwave so my first room was smoky and my clothes were smoky just from walking up the hall. 'Overall this is a fine, normal Hampton Inn and we had a good stay. We were upgraded to a better room with spa tub, which was pleasant. Room was clean and quiet, bed was comfy. Few little annoying housekeeping glitches- no available cups or glasses in the bathroom or with the coffeemaker- we had to pick up a couple in the breakfast area ourselves. 'Staff was AMAZING. Very kind, wonderful people! 10/10 on hospitality! However - beds were very firm.. too firm, and not comfortable. This is my #1 complaint, as we were here for a basketball tournament and needed a comfy place to sleep. It was pretty clean, but the bathtub needed a little extra love. Shower water felt slimy. I probably would not stay again because what I look for is comfort.'
