« The only good about this place it was clean no tv in the rooms not evn a mirrow to dress one self no silverware in the kitchen no complimentary water in the fridge no soap in the bathrooms ac or heat unit falling apart this has been the worst place ive stayed at. This property need alot of improvements »

« Joe was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house is clean, well-stocked with essentials, and very comfortable. When I needed an extra night with short notice, he was willing to help right away. The house was solid, nothing fancy, but has a great pool table and games. We loved the hot tub. It served us well for our Thanksgiving family reunion! »

« The property itself is really pretty, however the owners are terrible. Their communication is horrible and expect to have to keep following up with them for everything. We weren't sent check in information on time and had to call to receive it. When we got there, the hear wasn't working and it was 60 degrees in the house. It took hours to get a response from the manager and another few hours for the house to get heated. We had also requested a late checkout the same week as we booked the house...

« The room was so spacious and clean! I loved the fact you can hop onto any subway and get around the city easily from this location! Tons of food options and you can even leave and come back across the city within 30 minutes if you want to bring food back to the hotel, bring extra because you can heat it up later! I loved the view of the hotel, the staff was incredibly friendly. Was probably my favorite stay of any hotel. The Roku box came in clutch especially for late night movie watching...

« Hotel needs to be updated. Floor hallways was untidy with trash everywhere. Staff on the phone midday was rude and very dismissive. Late afternoon staff when checking in was more approachable and very professionally kind. So guess I’m 50/50 about this place. »
