'The property was neat , clean and efficient for our overnight stay. the location was just a short lyft drive to pnc arts center for our concert. easily accessible to keansburg beach just up the road. overall no real complaints. Things i did not like was the overwhelming smell of garlic from whatever the people were cooking who live behind the check-in counter running the check-in. It was really over the top unpleasant. 'Joe was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house is clean, well-stocked with essentials, and very comfortable. When I needed an extra night with short notice, he was willing to help right away. The house was solid, nothing fancy, but has a great pool table and games. We loved the hot tub. It served us well for our Thanksgiving family reunion!'

'There is no driveway. You get maybe one spot in front of house (if available). Instructions on where else to park were unclear and were told if wrong spot would get towed. House sleeps 10 so we had 10 people and 4 cars. Logistical nightmare. 3 cars had to park very far away in pouring rain, and still worry if would get towed. Strange town parking is not clear.
