'Bed linen was clean but there was no base on the bed so the matress sagged. Clothes dryer was in bad state - didn't dry clothes and was incredibly noisy. No on site check in - which was advertised on the booking app. Ok if you just need a place to sleep. '

'I had a mixed stay. The good? The staff are lovely overall. The property & gardens are beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. The bad? Unfortunately my room wasn't ready at check in time, which I usually wouldn't be upset about apart from having paid a high rater due to it being holiday season. Skeleton staff was to blame (due to the holiday season) but in my opinion if you're not able to accommodate guests don't charge them top dollar, OR limit the number of rooms on offer, OR at least call...
