'一年程前に、クリーンで、駐車場も安全で、オーシャンビューがとても良かったので、こんかい2回目の訪問でした。今回はマウンデビューの方に宿泊したのですが、三階で周りのビルしか見えない部屋だったので、マウンテンビューと書いてはいけないと思います。部屋も隣のビルから丸見えなので、カーテンを閉めるとなおさら綺麗なお部屋ですが、暗いイメージで残念でした。 ちょうど10時チェックアウトでドアから出ようとした瞬間、お掃除の人がノツクもしないで外から鍵を開けられて、ドアで、はちあわせになりました。着替えていたら？トイレに行っていたら？とこんなに簡単に部屋に入ってくるのかと思うとセキュリティ上で怖くなりました。'

'Location is fantastic. Close to wharf and the main area. Only issue is next to the mainroad where the buses can be noisy but not that big an issue'

'Need to have bath towels replaced when needed toilet paper needs to be replaced garbage bags need to be able get from hotel.'

'Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff, great location and the pool was nice. Our apartment was well equipped, however it needs a bit of a deep clean as it does have a bit of a smell. The roller blinds have some mould spots on them, the couch cushions were a bit smelly & there was a bit of cobweb on the wall and ceiling in one of the rooms. '

'Room was clean and comfortable and met all of our needs. But we took the cheapest room available which was a mistake. Our room's balcony overlooked Brisbane Rd. Very noisy and we didn't spend any time on the balcony. Pay the extra few dollars and get a room with a pool view or garden view. They will be much less noisy'

'Mantra is the scum of society. They take your money (card hold) they lie to you and tell you it will be released within 24 hours but really you'll be fighting with them a week later to get your card hold released. Absolutely absurd. I will never stay at any Mantra ever again. The brand damage from this experience of being lied to is unforgettable. Scared for life. I HATE the Mantra!!!!!'

'I really enjoyed my time at the property it was very relaxing and great view from the deck. The property was very clean and staff were lovely to speak with and very accomodating. I loved being able to bring my dog with me! Would stay here again, highly recommend villa 1.'

'Room recently renovated so all new amenities in our apartment. Location is excellent , close to beach, surf club and shopping strip. Just a small downfall was traffic noise during the night. There are road works happening at the moment.'

'Brand new hotel with a nice ambience. However not a fan of open plan hotel room as in no door or wall for the bathroom. The shower cubicle and the toilet cubicle each have a frosted glass door but that’s all. The “wardrobe” is open area hanging rack. The roof top pool is nice but woefully small area for the size of the hotel. Bar area on level 12 is really nice. Watermelon and goats cheese salad is excellent.'

'Initial room allocated for week stay did not have views as had been advertised in promotional photos for 2 bedroom ocean view apartment. Requested a change and was put in a privately owned apartment in complex - condition of room (furniture etc) slightly poorer, but views were spot on.'
