'Een heel fijn hotel. We kregen tickets om in de middag een gratis drankje (en wat snacks) te nuttigen in het hotel-restaurant. Top geregeld. Daarnaast fijne kamers, lekker ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Het hotel ligt wel wat van Gion/ de hotspots af. De ligging vlak bij het station is echter heel handig en maakt dat je snel met de bus en trein uit de voeten kan. Zou dit hotel zo weer boeken. '

'This was exactly what we wanted. We got the traditional Japanese experience in Kyoto. The transit was a small walk through a quiet and safe neighborhood. They had a restaurant that we ate at and a nice traditional Japanese breakfast. The small beds on the floor were a surprise to us all how comfortable they were. Loved this experience!'

'Our favorite thing about the hotel was its serenity and the sense of peace you felt when you walked in. We also really enjoyed the Japanese breakfast, it gave us a different, unique perspective. The free drinks and snacks during the lounge hours were refreshing. Unfortunately, access is limited, and there is a lack of common space when trying to eat non-hotel food. Finally, there is also not very much surrounding the hotel on foot, but one can still use a taxi to get to Kyoto Station or other...

'Fijn hotel op een rustige locatie nabij het park, spoorwegmuseum, aquarium en een treinstation. Family Mart en Starbucks ernaast, top! Ontbijt was heerlijk en uitgebreid. Ik kon een kamer met uitzicht op de stad krijgen tegen extra betaling. Het uitzicht was mooi: Kyoto Tower en Tojoji tempel (?) waren te zien. Strijkijzer en plank op de kamer, wasmachine en droger op de 2e etage: kortom erg fijn. Aanrader! '
