_About this Property_



This three-bedroom townhouse features three bedrooms, a fully furnished

kitchen, a living room lounge, a family room with a 75-inch TV, and a lovely

master suite. We are near I-35 north in the Gladstone, Missouri, area.





With just 9 miles to downtown Kansas City and 15 minutes to Kansas City

International Airport, this house offers solitude, comfort, and convenience.

We are close to several facilities and family-friendly attractions, such as

Oceans of Fun/Worlds of Fun-themed Park (only 9.6 miles away) and Top Golf @

T-Shortz (just 2.5 miles away). Science City in the Union Station, LEGOLAND,

the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art, and the National World War I Museum at

Liberty Memorial are further attractions that may be reached in 15 to 20

minutes by car. Also, we are only 25 minutes from the Chiefs and Royals

stadiums.





We provide contactless self-check-in and are reachable by phone or text

message around the clock. Our on-site cleaning crew is a skilled team that

follows CDC and OSHA regulations. We also work hard to keep our clients and

their possessions safe. Since we wanted to have the best security systems on

our property and to ensure our home is monitored, we decided to partner with

ADT Security Services.



_The Space_



Our three-bedroom townhouse has one baby crib in the master suite, two queen

beds, and two twin beds in the kids' room. In addition, there are TVs in the

two main bedrooms and a vanity in the master suite.



Additionally, we have two distinct living room areas, each furnished with a

lovely sofa. For enjoyment, both come with TVs.



Exercise weights, a treadmill, a 75-inch TV, and a desk with two external

monitors that you may attach to your laptop are all located downstairs.



We equipped our kitchen with a lovely set of cookware, an electric teapot, a

coffee maker, an ice maker, a pressure cooker, and an air fryer. You should be

able to prepare a basic supper for your family and yourself with the help of

all these devices.

Additionally, you are welcome to use our home's washing and dryer.



When you get there, please make yourself at home. We have high-speed internet,

a Nest thermostat, and a Roku TV with YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, and other apps.

Enjoy and take advantage of these services!



_Guest Access_



The house is available for check-in at 3 pm and check-out is 11:30 am.

When you make a reservation, we will provide you with a code to enter the

property. Kindly treat this area with the same decency that you would your

own. Our neighbors are wonderful people, and they value silence. No parties,

and after 10 p.m., please make as little noise as possible.



_Important Things To Note_



Parties and unapproved gatherings are not permitted on the property. Under no

circumstances will any uninvited guests be allowed after 10 p.m.



For noise level monitoring purposes we have noise sensors installed within the

property.



We will use local law enforcement to ensure compliance if warnings regarding

dissolving big gatherings on the property are disregarded.



Tobacco items and illegal narcotics are not permitted in this house.



We appreciate your adherence to our rules as stated in this text.



Welcoming cats and dogs only - 2 pets total (up to 70 pounds weight for dogs)



Please, make sure to indicate the true number of guests on your booking. No

noise between 10 pm - 7 am, and no parties are allowed at the premises.
