'We just completed our stay at Mara Intrepid camp. It was an unforgettable experience! Great location right on the Talek River. Excellent food with lots of options (plus a full bar), and the staff really go out of their way to ensure the comfort of each and every guest. The tents have lots of space and all the comforts we are used to at home. If you’re booking a safari game drive with them, do insist on a Toyota Land Cruiser over the Land Rover.'

'Prachtige locatie met uitzicht op Lake Nakuru met veel vogels rond de parkachtige setting rondom het restaurant en de verblijven. Heerlijk eten (buffet met diverse vers gemaakte gerechten) en prachtige huisjes met terrasje. Vanaf Lion Hill rij je zo het park in waar heel veel wild en vogels te zien zijn bij game drives. Hele aardige en professionele mensen die daar werken. Echt super gehad!'

'A very nice property with stunning natural scenes. We saw elephants every evening because there's a waterhole in front of the dinning area. Staff are friendly and attentive. Considering its rate is much lower than those accommodations inside of Tsavo but still easily to access to the largest national park in Kenya, it's a very cost-effective stay.'

'Getting to the property was tough, very tough but so worth it. I was lucky enough to go outside of the wet season but it was still hard. The facility itself is beautiful and the food is delicious. The staff is beyond kind and helpful. The shower though, it hardly worked and water went everywhere. Booking online on their direct site was giving us a challenge until we booked through Expedia and from here we had no issues. There is not fitness room so that was sad and no iron. 'The Soap lodge is located just outside Amboseli National Park. It is an absolutely beautiful sanctuary with luxurious rooms, wonderful staff, awesome cultural experiences and delicious food. The staff bent over backwards to provide excellent service and were exceptionally friendly and fun. We absolutely LOVED our stay there! '
