'Our experience at this Hilton Inn was fabulous!! Brittany at the front was smiling, friendly and she was expecting us! She made us feel very welcome! Our rooms were clean and completely stocked! (And yes, I always checked the sheets!) It smelled nice and clean, not stuffy and stale! All staff smiled, and asked if everything was ok! 'I’ve been in my share of Holiday Inn Express’, but this one in on the bottom of my list. Very indifferent staff (by arrival and check-out). I booked a king and got 2 queens.. further, walls are thin, you can hear conversations in the room next door. Neighbourhood is sketchy. Room was clean, i have to say. '

'Checked in and went to our room and there was a smell and looked in the fridge and found leftovers from the previous guests. They came to empty fridge but never cleaned inside after asking multiple times. Then the following day asked for wash clothes and towels over 5 times and never received them. We had to wash with our hands and showered with sandals on how nasty the tub was. '

'The staff was very friendly. I forgot an item that I left in my room. The staff member that answered the phone gladly went to the room (the top floor) and recovered it for me so I could pick it up when returning home. '

'Everything was good with this hotel except the noise from the highway. Our room was in the back of the hotel and within 50 feet of the interstate and trucks made so much noise braking to go around the curve. Difficult to sleep. '

'The breakfast menu was not very good; the eggs were watery, and there was no fruit option. But the worst part was the pillows — they were flat and hard, as if they had been used a thousand times and had no fluff left, like a flattened cake.'

'It’s fine for what it was, a room to catch some sleep before continuing our trip at a great price. The ro was clean and the staff both evening and morning were friendly. Outward facing rooms are loud and this was increased due to the road construction going on nearby. No coffee maker in the room was a disappointment but breakfast included downstairs in an under $75 price was a positive.
