'I’ve been in my share of Holiday Inn Express’, but this one in on the bottom of my list. Very indifferent staff (by arrival and check-out). I booked a king and got 2 queens.. further, walls are thin, you can hear conversations in the room next door. Neighbourhood is sketchy. Room was clean, i have to say. '

'We had a terrible experience at this property, so much so that we checked out after only a couple hours on site. The room was absolutely unacceptable in terms of cleanliness: stains on all the furniture, dirt and hair in every corner and black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The whole propery is run down. The staff, however, was incredibly friendly and helpful.'

'There were bed bugs in our room on 2nd floor as well as the rooms our team were in on the 8th floor. It took us hours to find other rooms for the team we had taken to Charleston to compete the next day. We will not book there again and will not recommend this property. '

'The breakfast menu was not very good; the eggs were watery, and there was no fruit option. But the worst part was the pillows — they were flat and hard, as if they had been used a thousand times and had no fluff left, like a flattened cake.'

'The staff was very friendly. I forgot an item that I left in my room. The staff member that answered the phone gladly went to the room (the top floor) and recovered it for me so I could pick it up when returning home. '

'100/10 (that’s no typo). Misty was amazing! She settled us into our rooms quickly, called to make sure that it met expectations, and when we got up early the next day she was the one serving a hot and tasty breakfast. We. Will. Be. Back!!! I never get to say that about my hotel stays !!'

'To start off, my credit card was charged the full amount for the 5 days we stayed. After a couple nights, I noticed another charge from them that shouldn't have happened. Went to go figure it out and it seemed like the main man didn't want to take responsibility for being the person that checked me in and chRgWe gave them time to figure it out during our stay, to which they did, but something fishy is definitely going on. 'It’s fine for what it was, a room to catch some sleep before continuing our trip at a great price. The ro was clean and the staff both evening and morning were friendly. Outward facing rooms are loud and this was increased due to the road construction going on nearby. No coffee maker in the room was a disappointment but breakfast included downstairs in an under $75 price was a positive.
