« Our train was delayed and we were transferred to a bus which was late in arriving but Bhadar , the gentleman who met us was very accommodating. He helped with bringing our luggage upstairs and gave us a welcoming bottle of wine. There are not many early morning breakfast options. « Everything was amazing, unit, garden, amenities, checknin , check out , location. But the better and difficult to get i er was The service provided by the manager, Raja, was outstanding… it was a real pleasure; he is an attentive, responsible, and charming person. We are very happy with our stay. »

« très bel hôtel de charme dans un lieu magique. arriver après 17h pour accéder en véhicule à l'hôtel situé en zone piétonne. accueil très agréable, construction ancienne (pas d'ascenseur), un agencement avec le souci du détail, de vastes chambres, vue sur lac magnifique. mérite un séjour de plusieurs nuits pour profiter du lac et des alentours. »

« Hotel reception staff made it slightly complicated and unwelcoming experience. Staff did try to help but made me feel that as i have booked with Expedia hence they can not help us and suggested to book directly with hotel. Location is okay not brilliant. This hotel can do a lot better if customers relationship is kept on focus. Some staff members were very helpful. Breakfast and restaurant staff was amazing Spa facilities were great. Location of this hotel is okay. »
