« Everything was amazing, unit, garden, amenities, checknin , check out , location. But the better and difficult to get i er was The service provided by the manager, Raja, was outstanding… it was a real pleasure; he is an attentive, responsible, and charming person. We are very happy with our stay. »

« The cottage was very pretty, comfortable and cozy. Although we didn't have a direct view on the lake, we could go to the main cottage to see it and could enjoy a view of the mountain from everywhere. The shower were a little small and the "sun tanning" option in the shower wasn't working (the system was taking a lot of place in the shower, so I said to myself, might as well try it), but otherwise, warm and charming house. « très bel hôtel de charme dans un lieu magique. arriver après 17h pour accéder en véhicule à l'hôtel situé en zone piétonne. accueil très agréable, construction ancienne (pas d'ascenseur), un agencement avec le souci du détail, de vastes chambres, vue sur lac magnifique. mérite un séjour de plusieurs nuits pour profiter du lac et des alentours. »

« Clean room, friendly staff and breakfast was lovely! The staff were really informative about the endless summer activities that you can do in the area. The only thing is that we could not do was the hotel yoga, which looks amazing! »

« Hotel reception staff made it slightly complicated and unwelcoming experience. Staff did try to help but made me feel that as i have booked with Expedia hence they can not help us and suggested to book directly with hotel. Location is okay not brilliant. This hotel can do a lot better if customers relationship is kept on focus. Some staff members were very helpful. Breakfast and restaurant staff was amazing Spa facilities were great. Location of this hotel is okay. »

« We stayed one night to visit Halstatt. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and functional. Delicious breakfast. We had a car and the free parking was a two minute walk. There’s a pizzeria next door for dining options. The beds were comfortable and the AC was a great bonus. Thank you »
