'The Staff was outstanding from check in to check out. Friendly cheerful and positive; everything you want on vacation. Roselyn who cleaned our room everyday was especially joyful. Can’t wait for our next visit.'

'This place was so nice and very relaxing. Took my toddler and it was definitely worth it! They also provided a small crib/playpenn for my toddler to sleep. The cafe has very good food! Overall a great experience'

'We did the partial ocean view, and it was better than full on ocean view. We got to see the beautiful oceans and the clouds resting on top of the mountains. The room was clean and staff was the friendliest staff I've met. My only downfall was the bed. It needs to be replaced!'

'Do not book ocean view property, it does not have ocean view at all and the property is well aware of this. It is convenient location by the beach, rooms are large, have space with kitchenette etc so allow you to eat in. The property felt tired as you get into the rooms, amenities were much better up-kept.'

'Everything was excellent! Great stay with the fam.. kids really enjoyed the 24hr pool'

'Westin is een top hotel waar aan alles is gedacht. We hebben niks te klagen!'

'Exceptional per usual! We love staying at the Whaler, the condo option is great for families that aren’t trying to eat out each meal and it’s in a great location by Black Rock for snorkeling, plenty of restaraunt options and next door to Whalers Village for plenty of shopping options.'

'Best resort for kids'

'Great stay'

'Loved it !!!! beautiful views, quiet and clean . Great for a family vacation . We stayed in a three bedroom .'

'Pros: The unit! Cable TV like CNBC & Bloomberg, ice machine, pool noodles/snorkel gear, cantenes for day trips, high end kitchen applances and supplies, good mattress. Cons: Undisclosed fees I was asked to pay upon checkin even when I messaged hotel/mgmt/owner? on Expedia platform weeks before to doublecheck and was told no additional $! It should clearly state "pay at property $xx amount" like my other expedia bookings. Expedia resolved it after escalation.'

'Place was very clean, extremely happy.'
