'The junior king suite was a usual room but the kitchen had some cabinets. The balcony hosted an abundance of spiders and webs. The personal hot tub was a 20 year old Jacuzzi. Decor was also dated. There are no laundry facilities on premises so we went to the airport with swim wear in a plastic bag. The entire staff was extremely pleasant.'

'The property itself was in a great location. The rooms were dated and could use some TLC. Because of the great access to the beach, the restaurant food and hotel staff, I would stay here again. Waking up to a full view of the ocean every morning made this trip awesome. looking forward to returning in the near future. Hopeful there will be some updates. '

'Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay.'

'The property definitely looks better online. It is a small property in the middle of 2 bigger hotels. The hot tub was empty & the pool needed to be clean. Shower pressure was terrible. There was also an odor in the room & hallways. Mildew or an aged odor. It was just ok. Had to make the best of it. Definitely not what I expected.'

'Outdated property. Needs to be undated with new furniture, beds, doors, etc... Was on 1st floor by the pool and was a bit noisy'

'I loved this resort. Me and my husband were amazed at how beautiful the room was and how spacious it was. The balcony view was breathtaking. The pools and jacuzzis were awesome. The only thing I thought really needed some improvement were the beds. They were lumpy. They had a pillow top bed cover on the bed but it would not stay in place, I also thought the TV would have been more enjoyable with a Roku or fire stick.'

'Room was clean and really large for a standard room. Loved the mini kitchen. Pools are great. Check-in and checkout are easy. My only complaint is the constant smell of weed in the parking garage elevators. It was so overwhelming every time we got in the elevator.'

'Everything was wonderful except that my room smelled like an ashtray. I just bought some Febreeze and sprayed down the rugs, furniture, and beds and it was great. Lots of fun stuff for the kiddos and we had a wonderful time. My only suggestion would be for CannonBallz to be open more during the week. They didn't open til evening and for those of us that don't want to leave the resort, we had to order door dash. '
