'Hotel and rooms are very dated. We had a family suite, furniture is very damaged, dirty and chairs wobble from old age. This simply needs to be renovated. Very unfortunate- nice location. 3 years ago - then a beautiful room. Management acknowledges complaints - does nothing about it. They will renovate next fall. They milk it out until they can. I say- look further'

'Me and the family needed this restart and refresh. This place is centrally located to everything. The lazy river was closed but the other pools were open. (Someone took my Birkenstock sandals from the pool area) I am still in shock because they were right beside my chair and I never left the area.. so disappointing, but I guess they needed them more than me. Overall met lots of friendly people and enjoyed our stay. Easy parking, clean fully stocked room and beautiful sunrise from beach view.'

The only hiccup was we checked in about 15 minutes before 4:00pm and we were told the room wasn’t ready yet because it wasn’t quite 4pm and that we would get a text when it was ready. 'Self parking that’s free is a block away, the garage covering was super tight, no beach access from pool area after 10pm. I literally saw them lock the gates. The property could use a good pressure washing to say the least. Not horrible but man I was expecting a whole lot better from this chain.'
