'Hotel and rooms are very dated. We had a family suite, furniture is very damaged, dirty and chairs wobble from old age. This simply needs to be renovated. Very unfortunate- nice location. 3 years ago - then a beautiful room. Management acknowledges complaints - does nothing about it. They will renovate next fall. They milk it out until they can. I say- look further'

'Everything was great!!'

'We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. het grote pluspunt is de het mooie terras aan de Intercoastal Waterway. Mooie kamer, vriendelijk personeel en een lekker ontbijt. '

'Dave yourself the headache. Every day it was something. Maintenance was good though. Oven not working. Batteries died in key pad for door. Deadbolt broke and we were stuck in condo for 5 hours. Advertised outdoor pool was open . It was NOT and after days of arguing with management and Hostiva, they finally acknowledge it was closed. Phoned Hostiva almost every day and they said they would phone back. They never did. The last day took the cake; cockroach crawling on the wall. That was the icing...

'The Embassy Hotel was great'

'Me and the family needed this restart and refresh. This place is centrally located to everything. The lazy river was closed but the other pools were open. (Someone took my Birkenstock sandals from the pool area) I am still in shock because they were right beside my chair and I never left the area.. so disappointing, but I guess they needed them more than me. Overall met lots of friendly people and enjoyed our stay. Easy parking, clean fully stocked room and beautiful sunrise from beach view.'

'Clean room no frills, they brought us a microwave which was great!'

'Great staff, room was clean. Nothing negative to say and would return'

'The property was well maintained and the staff was very friendly. The location was just a short walk to the beach, and my balcony provided an amazing view of the ocean. The room had a little musty smell, but I would highly recommend this location to family and friends.'

'The property had great views of the ocean, beautiful sand, and quiet. Unfortunately, the condo was dirty. There was dirt on the floors dust on the fans stains on the counter spilt drinks on the wall not wiped down. Windows were not clean just very dirty. Then we did an early check-in when we got there at 2 o’clock, so we would be called was never called. Went there at 3:50 before four and they said it’s four and after to check-in waited till about 5:50 nobody called we call them and they said oh...

'Very nice and modern hotel. Clean and close to the beach. Highly recommended!'

'Clean room and we'll maintain.'
