'We have stayed here many times over the last 20 years give or take. Two years ago the property was on need of a serious update! I am glad to say the property has been refreshed!! Looks great! Everything was in working order, no maintenance issues at all! Great location for all things Annapolis related!'

'The person that checked me was super dry and seemed to have an attitude while checking me in. The pool itself was so dirty and the water was not super clear, instead it was a bit cloudy. The shower in the pool looked disgusting and had the inside of a wet diaper all spread through the front of it where the mat was. Bathroom could have been more clean in our room. The floor in the bathroom had a dark black mark on the floor that would come off if house keepers took time to clean the room because...

'The room was small and musty. Repairs to walls in the bathroom not finished. No air conditioning in the fitness room - and the peloton display wasn’t working. Also, no water cups or towels in the fitness room. Parking wasn’t available so we had to go down the street. Not up to Hilton standards at all.'

'Breakfasts were ok. Bar needs to be opened Earlier maybe 3:00. Housekeeping was sadly lacking. We stayed 5 nights. On the 3rd day we had to ask for towels and trash removal since household had not been there since check in. They came with towels and emptied trash, that’s all. Never had clean towels after that. Our, bathroom was never cleaned, no new beverage glasses provided at all. Bed never made entire stay. Informed front desk at check out. Clerk was nice and apologized.'

'Staff were great, breakfast was good, parking easy, our room was too bright overnight due to not having dark curtains to draw to block out the lights from the parking lot. There are light sheer curtains you can draw but not the typical heavy curtains to block light. '

'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'This is crack central. Dangerous for alone travelers. I was afraid in the parking lot. Avoid this place like the plague. When I checked in I saw the condition of the office and I knew how the room would be. I asked for refund and was told Expedia would contact the owners for a refund. Of course they were unable to reach them. That tells me they know how bad it is. Pass this place up.'
