'When we arrived at the hotel, we had a very friendly staff member check us in and iafter that unfortunately the front staff were very unfriendly. The rooms are very nice and clean, but the Atrium room is very dark so if you can get a room facing outside. They do not offer room service.'

'This was an amazing stay! My room got serviced daily while I was out exploring and they kept everything nice and clean! The breakfast add on was so worth it so if you have the option to definitely add it! I had an amazing time and can’t wait to stay again!'

'This is a great hotel for the price point, but I would not recommend it. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that requires you to pay to park in its parking lot. Making matters worse was the fact that the $32 fee did not guarantee a legal parking space. Many of the patrons parked in the fire lane or created their own parking spot. 'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'We got in very late and needed to sleep, shower, have breakfast and go. We didn’t use any amenities. It was fine for our need. Bed was comfortable and didn’t smell like a dog had been in the room. The carpet had some spots at the entry and things were compact in size but it met all of our needs. The refrigerator had a freezer section which was great to regress ice packs for insulin bag. 'As soon as we walked into the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. The light above the doorway came down and smacked me on the head. The AC barely worked, and we could hear people doing the nasty about two doors down all night.'

'A little unique when checking in, as there is no actual front desk. But the location is amazing. Very quiet and safe. And the Main Street with ALL the food and shopping just 2 blocks down, The hotel itself is super charming and beautiful! No complaints here The entire stay was uber relaxing and picture perfect.'
