'We have been staying there for years, whenever we visit family in the area. Generally it has been good however we believe it is beginning to show its age and could use updating in many areas.'

'It was our first time in the area so this hotel made the experience great all around. Everything was clean, the food was super good too! We ate breakfast two days in a row and ordered dinner and all meals were hot, fresh and delicious. The area where the hotel is at is convenient but it seems the gps isn’t the best for getting around as our transportation from the airport got lost and we had uber drivers get lost as well, but we walked across the street to the mall twice and it’s fairly quick...

'We had the most incredible stay in Annapolis at the Marriot. The staff was AMAZING from the front desk to the kitchen staff they went out of their way to make us feel at home!!!! We can’t wait to come back and stay again. Everything was so clean!!! Beautiful hotel and amenities.'

'Breakfasts were ok. Bar needs to be opened Earlier maybe 3:00. Housekeeping was sadly lacking. We stayed 5 nights. On the 3rd day we had to ask for towels and trash removal since household had not been there since check in. They came with towels and emptied trash, that’s all. Never had clean towels after that. Our, bathroom was never cleaned, no new beverage glasses provided at all. Bed never made entire stay. Informed front desk at check out. Clerk was nice and apologized.'

'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'Room accommodations were excellent, clean, well equipped and served. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING!! It was well supplied and had a wonderful variety. The service people kept all the offering full and available. On the down side, the hotel advertised happy hour, 5-7pm, daily, but on Wednesday and Thursday of our stay, the main desk staff stated that the Happy Hour staff didn't show up. Then they just shrugged it off, as if that was a normal occurrence??'

'The room was relatively clean. It was dusty and there were ants crawling on my bed. Not sure where they came from but saw at least 3 of them less than 24 hour period'

'Clean and nice but bathroom is very small. Breakfast was good but they ran out of several item including auto pancake machine which was a bummer. Overall very good'

'Great place to stay. Just had trouble with the Air Conditioning in the hall ways for the 1st two days of our stay.'

'The room was clean and adequately big, the breakfast was good and parking was free, The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too high for us. The AC unit was very noisy and didn’t run well. My husband cranked up the temperature, so the AC wouldn’t run so much and we could sleep. This, unfortunately, made me feel very hot and sweaty and I still couldn’t sleep much.'

'As soon as we walked into the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. The light above the doorway came down and smacked me on the head. The AC barely worked, and we could hear people doing the nasty about two doors down all night.'
