'Friendly staff, easy parking, great breakfast'

'The hot tub was out of service. The restaurant was never open when we wanted to dine there. The bathroom in the room had an odor. Otherwise the stay was suitable for the couple of nights my husband and I stayed.'

'The only complaint I have about this place was the floors in the room. The bottoms of my feet were black every night. The floors were not carpeted, just not clean. Getting the room cleaned had to be requested and I will admit I did not request.'

'First room had non-functional ac in 90+ heat. Went to dinner while it was worked on. Was notified during dinner that it couldn't be repaired and to expect a new room upon return. Eventually got a room but had to wait 10 minutes in heat although they knew we were coming back. The staff member was mediocre at best in soothing the situation. I would have expected a manager to be aware and reach out. Didn't happen.'

'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'
