🌵PETS:
We do allow dogs (1 dog MAX), we just ask that you please pick up after them and don’t allow them to chew on the furniture. Also, be mindful that there are cactus plants in the yard and they can get pricks in their paws. SORRY NO CATS ALLOWED

🌵 AMENITIES:
We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. ✨Highly recommend you bring additional items such as extra towels/blankets/toilet paper/soap/salt/pepper/cooking spray etc.✨

🌵 ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 48 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

🌵 PARKING:
There is ample parking in the large open lot!

🌵THE DRIVE:
Super simple, flat and safe road to get to the house!

🌵INTERNET:
The house has reliable high speed internet which makes for a perfect work-cation getaway!

There is a convenient and simple to use mini-split to adjust the temperature to your liking.

It’s technically a studio, with a queen size bed and a futon sleeper that can comfortable accommodate 3 people, but can squeeze in a 4th person if you guys don’t mind to cuddle!

Fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, toaster and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils

🌵 SECURITY:
A Ring Flood Light security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. NO cameras inside the property I

☆PETS☆

We love hosting pets (SORRY, NO CATS ALLOWED)! We happily welcome up to two dogs (up to 50 lbs) at our home with an added pet fee of $100. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message!

Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We have a small dog bed at the house available for you but also ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.

Being that we are in the desert there also may be cactus plants in the yard, so if your dog is extra curious, keep an eye on them so they don’t get pricks in their paws or nose!
