The apartment is air-conditioned. A comfy living area with sofa and 55 inch smart TV with Netflix & IPTV 📽️📺(over 7000 movies, drama series, variety shows & cartoon to watch) & Playstation PS4 🎮 (with two PS4 controllers and popular top PS4 games) to keep our guests entertained. A big table suitable for dining, as well as a good workplace.

🔹BEDROOM🔹
A comfortable king size bed 🛌and open wardrobe. Extra high quality queen size air mattress is suitable for additional guests and will be provided base on the registered number of guests. Towel & linen are also provided.

🔹KITCHEN🔹
Basic kitchen essentials such as electric cooker, electric kettle, coffee & tea maker, microwave oven, toaster, fridge, pots, pans and tablewares are provided. Light cooking is allowed in the apartment. 🍳🍜🍽️ There is also a branded 3M water purifier/ filtered drinking water. There is also ILLY espresso coffee machine for coffee lovers to make their own coffee.☕ There are complimentary coffee and tea.

🔹AMENITIES🔹
High speed internet is provided, and ideal for internet calls, web surfing, Netflix and IPTV. There is washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Hair dryer is also provided. There are in-built international sockets in the living room, bedroom and bathroom.

🅿️There is free guarded parking in the building with 24hr security. Parking card is available upon request.


There is a 7/11 convenient store in the building. There is Toast Box in the building, opening from 7am - 12mn.

The building and its surrounding are safe. There are security guards inside and around the building. Access to the building is via access card and Samsung smart home access.

You can travel to Singapore easily with 2 minutes walk to Singapore/Johor Bahru immigration and ride on a public transport there. 🇸🇬

If you are coming in bigger group, I have adjoining units which can accommodate bigger groups and families. You can enjoy staying together while still having own space / bedroom and privacy.
