Pensions in Johnson City

'Tried to charge me 11$ more than the price I was given online when I made the reservation. I showed him the confirmation email and he then refused to rent me a room all together over me wanting him to honor the price I had already confirmed online. Did so by using various hand signs because his English was less than understandable. Terrible experience and the place appeared to be filthy going by what the parking lot and lobby looked like. I don't imagine the rooms being any better but never...

'I walked into my room to find a bucket on the bed catching water from a leaking roof. The non smoking room smells so badly like smoke. I was in the room for a total of 1 minute before leaving and finding a different place to stay. The property refused to give any refund.'

'This property is in poor condition. There is no gym, and the photos are outdated. The hotel appears run-down, with insufficient staff. There is black mold throughout the hotel, despite it being marketed as a non-smoking property. Trash cans were overflowing, and the entire hotel has a strong, unpleasant odor. The Continental breakfast was disappointing, with expired food and moldy bread. I am still awaiting a response from Expedia management regarding my complaint.'
