'Amazing staff, clean room, understanding and supportive staff, I stayed here while visiting a loved one at JHH, staff could not have been nicer.'

'The noise of clubs and bars can be heard at midnight, the sound of the doors of other units and bathrooms closing due to the use of heavy locks can be heard throughout the night due to the movement of other passengers. The lobby is sometimes crowded and noisy, the cleanliness was adequate.'

'Spacious room. Clean. Pool towels provided. Lot’s of activities around. What bothered me were the families with screaming kids, claiming their pool seats at 6:30 AM. Extremely pathetic of you are like that. Breakfast is way too expensive for what is offered. '

'Cutlery and crockery were dirty, with food still stuck to some cutlery. Beds, bathrooms etc were excellent. Poor layout, with no sanitary facilities downstairs, making it hard for older people and those with bad knees. Parking inadequate unless underneath was used - again too many stairs.'

'The worst place I’ve ever stayed. Giant cockroach crawled across the floor of my room. Sheets of paint peeling from walls and marks on walls and door like a horror movie. Heavy smell of cigarette smoke lingering in the hallways but thankfully not in my room. Quite far from city centre and tourist spots. Photos do not accurately represent the current state of the property - misleading, false advertising. '

'Run down house, rubbish out the back. Said check in was 3, got there at 3:30 and cleaners were still there. House wasn’t clean, bathrooms stinky'
