« The studio rooms do not contain a bathtub/shower combo as shown in pictures. Also, housekeeping only comes once a week and was in my room at 9pm. Very strange.
Staff was nice and tried to remedy the situation regarding the need for a bathtub. Ultimately, they were unable to find another room to meet my needs for the stay.
Breakfast was okay. However, the same bagels and muffins were there all week. I noticed nothing new was added and it was the same all week.
The hotel could’ve been more...

« Lost power, had no access to water park, whole reason of booking. No towels, shampoo or soap upon arrival. Room was 90+ degrees on arrival. No air on 110 outside.
