'This was our third time staying here, and overall we really enjoy this hotel. The property is very nice, we love the pools and indoor/outdoor hot tub, and the rooms are beautiful. Unfortunately, this stay was a bit disappointing due to several housekeeping issues. After a day at the beach, the floors were never swept, so we continued to track and feel sand throughout the room for the remainder of our stay. 'Overall the stay was sub par. Firstly, we stayed on the 6th floor and the elevator stalls at the 5th, causing some people to panic. It eventually jolts back up to the 6th but not a great experience. We took showers around 10pm on our first night and the shower was clogged… after going to the front desk for help they asked if they could take a look tomorrow morning. I then asked if they had a plunger so i just ended up using it to fix the issue myself. They did not offer to take a look. More...

'Good staff, rooms smelled clean like walking into a hospital, pool was good temperature good for the kids, showers upgraded to walk ins and breakfast was very good compared to others.'

'The hotel itself is great. The surrounding area is a little concerning. Not going to put blame on the hotel BUT there is a LARGE unhoused community behind the hotel. This is a city/government issue: lack of jobs, resources, housing, education, and etc.'

'The hotel itself was nice but the power went out at like 3pm and was out the entire stay so we only got to use the pool for an hour, no breakfast or coffee the next morning, not much emergency lighting in the evening after the sun went down. On top of all that, the fire alarms went off twice. Once at 10pm and once at 2am. We understand the weather was no fault of the staff but things could have been handled differently for guests.'

'The hotel was dirty, rooms were filthy, towels were hard to come by and stained. Trash in hallways, and lobby. There was no breakfast. The parking lot is in disrepair. The hairdryer did not work, the door safety locks were broken, the phone did not work so if you needed to call the front desk you couldn’t, you had to go downstairs. There is no elevator as an fyi. We got to the hotel and had to wait 20 minutes for someone so we even could check in, pretty sure we woke him up.'

'This hotel allows smoking on the 1st floor which the smell rises. We were on the 2nd floor and were bothered by the smell. The carpet in the hallway smelled musky and looked dirty. The room was fairly clean except some dust behind the lamp on the night stand and crumbs on the headboard behind the mattress. We checked out a day early due to being affected by the smoke smell.
