'Great location and amazing front desk staff. So friendly! The hotel definitely needs some updates. The hotel room had no full length mirror which was very surprising and the ac was so loud it sounded like a motorcycle when it kicked on. The bathroom door had holes in it. The breakfast was very basic. But well stocked. We did love the balcony such a pretty view at sunset.'

'Pool looked like it hasn't been opened in a few yrs. Rooms were a bit below standard for clean. Location is good, staff nice.'

'Parking lot is clustered with a restaurant. Currently remodeling. Traffic on the highway can sometimes be loud at night. Regardless, I really like the hotel and the direction the remodel is going. It was clean. No bugs!'

'I have stayed in several Tru by Hiltons… this one sits in a nice location..appearance is very nice.. the room was not as clean as it should of been… Staff were not friendly. Very disappointed this is one of my favorite places to stay. Would have looked for something else if I had not of had my grandkids with me! Note: I have never had this issue at any of the others! always TOP NOTCH!!'

'I reserved a Double Queen Suite which sleeps 6. The photos showed 2 queens plus a pull out couch in an adjacent room. What I got was 2 queens and in the adjacent room a live seat which was not a pull out. I attempted to call the front desk from the room phone… which had no dial tone and turned out not to be connected to anything… apparently just decorative. I called the hotel on my cell.. I was told that the property has NO pull out beds, and that they have NO CONTROL over what Expedia...

'Terrible experience. The lady at the front desk told us we could not get towels for the pool. She said they were for people who were checking in later that night, but the pool was closing in 10 mind. I have NEVER seen people handed towels as they check in. My daughter and I weren’t given anything when we checked in! She was rude and just didn’t want to work. There were people drinking at the indoor, no alcohol allowed pool, and they left their cups of white wine around the pool when they were...

'Our room was clean, location was convenient, but we had some small issues. 1. The shower faucet handle can off very easily so be careful. It did work. 2. Both the shampoo and conditioner were out of fluid. 3. This one is my fault. They should’ve been informed myself of what the breakfast buffet was. With my dietary needs wasn’t much for me to eat but a hard boiled egg.'

'It is rare that I wouldn’t want to sleep under the covers but I chose to sleep on top with my own blanket. I just do not feel comfortable sleeping in bed. TV and lights not plugged into walls, door had large crack around when it was shut and allowed highway noise in, floors felt sticky. Will never stay there again. They said that they were under new ownership. Smoke detector was beeping in my room when I checked in and he was able to get it to stop, but it started beeping again in the morning.'

'I can say that the beds and pillows were comfortable but………. Missing light sconce in bathroom. And only one small garbage can in the room which is odd. The bedside table in the middle of the beds looked like someone spilled some liquid down the side that was very noticeable and not cleaned prior and carpets seemed sticky . Also items were left in the refrigerator. All in all we only stayed for one night but for $225 a night I will look elsewhere next time we’re in the area…..'

'Staff were never at front desk. Had to go looking for them. Dirty. Very old. Needs updates. Broken things. Clothes and old vape cartridge under the chair. Lots of parking. No breakfast as advertised.'
