'It is a nice condo. It is not on a high floor. And the balcony is on the side not directly on the rear of the building, but you can still see the ocean and pool. The balcony on the side of the building has a hidden advantage -- natural air conditioning. Whole foods is down the street. Just be careful driving, Floridians and I am sure alot of transplants do not seem to know how to drive. Both the beach and pool are beautiful. 'The unit was overall clean and there were some nice features like water and snacks, the building itself is a bit run down and the neighborhood felt iffy for a woman traveling alone. The unit was very hot when I arrived so I turn the temp down. When I returned after my meetings, it was 89 degrees.
