Easy checkin and property management was fantastic and worked with having our pups with us. We’ll definitely be staying again. »

« Clean, quiet end unit supplied with everything needed. Comfortable beds. The real win was the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean just steps away. A few miles drive to town and plenty of available restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!!! »

« Location, location, location! This property was directly on the water with private beach access, private pool, and is close to everything! The space was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and is PERFECT for a couple. I wouldn't recommend for a family, but it was exactly what my husband and I wanted. The Murphy bed was super easy to set up and very comfy. The host was very responsive, had all the basic necessities provided - even a surprise bottle of wine (& wine opener). We cannot wait to return! »

« Everything was great and clean. I was not happy that a realtor knocked on the door before 9:00am the morning of checkout and stated that she had clients with an appointment to show the Condo. I told her that checkout was at 10 and she could come back when we were out. Other than that it was wonderful and we would stay there again. »

« If you’re curious about where to stay in Amelia Island, THIS is the place to choose! Everything about the unit was even better than pictured. Cindy was wonderful to communicate with, and had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful week. The views from the balcony were stunning at all times of the day, and the access to the beach was steps away. My husband and I love the surf and racquet club for its beach access and quiet, peaceful environment. We will absolutely be back and can’t wait to make...

« Great place and location. Only reason I didn’t give 5 star on cleanliness is bc it has too much accessories, there is no way the cleaning staff can dust with their limited timeframe. »

« Great apartment very close to the beach and restaurants. Exactly as you see in the pictures. Well equipped. It is nice to have a small view of the ocean from the balcony. Master bedroom does not have a shower, so we used it as half bath. It was also nice to have 2 parking spots, but the spaces are very narrow, so it is difficult to park a bigger car. Overall, great place for vacation and great communication and instructions from the owners. We enjoyed our stay.😊 »
