'Is the best place, location and host'

'The host was unresponsive as soon as we got into the apartment. The WiFi didn’t work and that made the TV not work. So we had no TV or WiFi for 6 days because the host would not answer. The house was cleaned but not deep cleaned. The couch, curtains and walls were all dirty. And there were a lot bugs in the apartment. The listing was incorrect also. No hot tub, no iron, no hair dryer and no oven. The host needs to work on this place if she wants it to rentable. Luckily Vrbo compensated us for...

'Great location, modern, clean and quiet rooms. Courteous staff. suggestions: Bathroom door didn’t work. They seemed completely unaware which is disappointing considering number of rooms and how obvious the issue was. They offer another bedroom but didn’t have the view/balcony of first one. Provide Local TV channels, everything was YouTube, Spotify and paid apps.'

'i had an insane 8 or 9 days with their AI "nomi". they put a 100 charge that made no sense on the day i was leaving. the AI is amazing at saying one thing and then saying exactly the opposite. at no point could they ever tell me what the charge was for and despite saying this was a high priority, i couldn't talk to a human or get an answer.'

'Great communication with the host and helpful staff! Space was clean and the bedrooms were all very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Loved that all the bedrooms had their own bathroom. Location was great! '
