'La atención del.personal esta muy bien, la logística dentro del hotel es muy confusa y los elevadores no funcionan al 100%, uno de los restaurantes estaba en mantenimiento y la cama el cuarto como que picaba.'

'The hotel is in the tourist area of Ixtapa; basically a row of big hotels where this is one of the furthest away from that centre. Approx. 450-500 yards. You will find the 'towel-people' here (claim a pool chair in the early morning) but there are still plenty available. The pool is not deeper than a yard and rather big.
