De locatie is perfect en het personeel heel erg lief en vriendelijk. Verder is het allemaal erg oud en je kan zien dat dingen steeds weet worden opgelapt. Onze deurpass hebben we 4 keer moeten ruilen voor we er 1 hadden die het deed. Babybedje was stuk, bad was erg oud

Geweldig hotel, dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden, midden tussen allerlei restaurants en heel vriendelijk personeel die je graag adviseren en helpen. Aan de overkant heb je een restaurant Magnaura, we hebben daar heerlijk gegeten. Het is een aanrader, wamt ze hebben vriendelijk personeel en heeelijk eten.

L hotel est très bien situé. Juste derrière la mosquée bleue accessible à pied en 5mn. L'hotel se situe dans une rue très animée et fréquentée par bcp de véhicules. Si vous souhaitez un sejour au calme vous serez du côté des habitations avec un vis à vis. Le.personnel est attentionné et plein de bons conseils.pour votre sejour. La chambre est très propre mais equipement un.peu dépassé. Je vois conseille de vous poser e terrasse qui est accessible à tous pour profiter d une belle vue sur le Bosphore. Je remercie l equipe du regency pour sa gentillesse.

Location is very nice. Room was fine. My toilet exhaust fan was not working. I told the staff. They said it will go on. This and that. Actually staff has poor English communication skills. Difficult to explain them. They can’t fix my problem. That results in smell in the room.

This is not a 5 star hotel by normal standards, but is well worth a visit if only for its fantastic location in Sultanahmet, within walkable distance of most of the main sites, and its roof terrace views over the Sea of Marmara. The flip side of its convenient location is the night time noise levels (it's surrounded by restaurants, bars and pubs), but you can't have it all ways - or maybe you can, but only if you pay SIGNIFICANTLY more money. The staff at the hotel are worth a special mention, particularly Necati (SUCH a gentleman), the lovely lady who prepared the breakfast every day, and the very friendly cleaning ladies.

This hotel is amazing. Sea views from Terrance or rooms with balcony. Lovely spa on lower level. Staff are exceptional. Each staff member is dedicated to the guests. It was a remarkable stay due to great location, great facilities and the best staff in town

We stayed here for 5 nights. The staff are all very helpful and kind. The rooms are clean, and the bed is comfortable. They have all the amenities - bring your own conditioner if you wish, but shampoo, body wash and lotion are provided. The location is amazing - walking distance to all the major attractions. There are also a few convenience stores down the road if you need to get water, etc. I did not use the Hammam, massage, laundry or other facilities during my time. Would recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is perfectly situated - so close to all the historic places we wanted to see. It is on a street full of restaurants which was very convenient, but really well sound proofed. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and beautifully clean. The breakfasts were also great. I can highly recommend this property.

Location is the major advantage of this hotel. Breakfast is average. Front desk staff can be better and friendlier. The man check us out does not understand English well or does not speak English well causing miscommunication. He asked us if we use mineral water we said we did not. We only used the two plastic bottle of water labelled complimentary. He seems frustrated and does not understand what we say.
