'There is no staff on site, and reaching by Expedia messaging doesnt get a quick response. My interaction with the staff, via messaging, was not very pleasant and it turned out to be very unhelpful. From the time of the booking until check out, the only time the staff reached out to me was for the taxes. 'Fijne kamer op een mooie locatie. De familiekamer was super ruim, fijne bedden en een leuk uitzicht over een drukke maar niet gehorige straat. Deal kamers zijn wel een beetje donker. Er is een gedeeld zitkamer is daarentegen ruim ennlicht, prima plek om een koekje te lezen of lekker naar buiten te kijken.'
